Viya Imports were looking for an easy-to-use ordering portal integrated with Reckon Accounts Hosted that their account managers could use to place orders. Straightsell has provided an ordering portal incorporating a number of add-ons that include: Invoices Summary, Account Manager Login as well as additional custom features. The first custom feature enables the display of restricted products to select customers and a second feature permits shopping cart line item comments to be added by account managers.
The integration caters for the import of product data including; inventory, customer, customer special pricing and invoices information from Reckon Accounts Hosted and the export of web orders and web order payments to Reckon Accounts Hosted via the Straightsell eCommerce integration with Reckon Accounts Hosted.
