Sage Intacct Software eCommerce Integration

The Straightsell eCommerce Platform webstore integration to Sage Intacct is facilitated by our prebuilt CloudLINK application which resides in the content management system automating the data transfer between Sage Intacct and the webstore.

Transferred from Sage Intacct to the webstore:

  • Inventory Item Details and Stock Levels,
  • Customers and Customer Details,
  • Customer Special Pricing, and
  • Customer Invoices.

Transferred from the webstore to Sage Intacct:

  • Sales Orders,
  • Payments on Sales Orders and Customer Invoices, and
  • New Customer and Customer Details.

Sage Intacct:

  • Filtering the import of Items based on the Web Enabled flag and/or Item is inactive,
  • Configurable field mapping and import of Items standard fields, Item Attributes fields and Custom Fields,
  • Import of Non-inventory Items,
  • Configurable Initial Price List and Special Price List,
  • Configurable Transaction Definition for export of Sales Order, and
  • Automatic creation and deletion of website customers (Buyers) from Customers.

Web Services Integration (CloudLINK):

  • Automated operation with option to perform manual data transfers,
  • Configurable field selection and mapping from CloudLINK to Sage Intacct fields,
  • Export of inventory data to XLS file for manual update,
  • Import of inventory data from XLS file, and
  • Creation of data transformation rules between Sage Intacct and CloudLINK, including:
    • Application of item data to field based on data in another field,
    • Item Ignore / Unignore Rules, and
    • Data transfer logging.

Items:

  • Assigning a Base Price as the websites Standard Price (RRP).

Price lists:

  • Creating one or more Active Price lists for Items with Start/End dates and Minimum/Maximum quantities where Value type equals Actual, Dollar markup, Dollar discount, Percent markup or Percent discount, including Fixed equal to Y or N.

Price schedules:

  • Creating one or more Active Price schedules by:
    • Assigning a Price List from the available Price Lists, and/or
    • Assigning a Assigning a value to the Discount percent field.

Contacts:

  • Assigning on the Additional information tab a:
    • Price schedule from the available Price schedules, or
    • Price schedule from the available Price schedules and value to the Discount percent field, or
    • Price List from the available Price Lists, or
    • Price List from the available Price Lists and a value to the Discount percent field, or
    • Price schedule from the available Price schedules and a Price List from the available Price Lists, or
    • Price schedule from the available Price schedules, a Price List from the available Price Lists and value to the Discount percent field.

Customers:

  • Configuring Price list override equal to Customer on the Additional information tab, then assigning a:
    • Price schedule from the available Price schedules, or
    • Price schedule from the available Price schedules and value to the Discount percent field, or
    • Price List from the available Price Lists, or
    • Price List from the available Price Lists and a value to the Discount percent field, or
    • Price schedule from the available Price schedules and a Price List from the available Price Lists, or
    • Price schedule from the available Price schedules, a Price List from the available Price Lists and value to the Discount percent field.
  • Configuring Price list override equal to Billing Contact or Shipping Contact on the Additional information tab and that assigned Contact is configured with pricing.

NOTE:

  • When configuring Customers pricing by Billing Contact or Shipping Contact the contact that is configured with pricing must be assigned in the corresponding Bill-to Contact or Ship-to Contact field of the Customer in order for the website to use the pricing, and
  • All website pricing is calculated for a customer (buyer).

Note: All pricing in Australian dollars, excluding GST, for new customers only. All plans billed monthly, with set-up billed equally over 1st 3 months from sign-up.
Note 2: Sage Intacct quarterly API call charges of $0.05 USD for the 1st 1,000 API calls per quarter plus $0.15 USD for every 10 API calls after the 1st 1,000 calls. API calls are invoiced in AUD based on the USD exchange rate on the day of invoicing.
