Each project has ample resources provided, this includes:

  • Project Manager: The project manager is available to you for the entire life of the project and will be your main point of contact.
  • Help Centre: Access to the help centre including a section specifically tailored to customers in the project phase.
  • Project Task Board: Access to an interactive project task board listing all of the tasks required to be completed for your project.
  • Post Project Hypercare: Upon launch, each customer receives priority support (hypercare) for a two week period.

Updates

If you require additions or changes to your website, please contact Support. We will assess the scope of the change you require and determine whether a quotation is needed. Where this is the case, a similar process to a project is followed to ensure a quality outcome.
