NetSuite ERP Software eCommerce Integration

The Straightsell eCommerce Platform webstore integration to NetSuite ERP is facilitated by our prebuilt CloudLINK application which resides in the content management system automating the data transfer between NetSuite ERP and the webstore.

Transferred from NetSuite ERP to the webstore:

  • Inventory Item Details and Stock Levels,
  • Customers and Customer Details,
  • Customer Special Pricing, and
  • Customer Invoices.

Transferred from the webstore to NetSuite ERP:

  • Sales Orders,
  • Payments on Sales Orders and Customer Invoices, and
  • New Customer and Customer Details.

NetSuite ERP:

  • Product Code/Product Name field mapping from Item Name/Number or Display Name/Code,
  • Filtering the import of Inventory Items based on Display in Website,
  • Configurable field mapping and import of Inventory Items standard fields, Item Classes, Web Store Display fields and Custom fields,
  • Import and quantity tracking for:
    • Multiple Units of Measure*,
    • Kit Items,
    • Assembly Items, and
    • Serialised Items.
  • Import of Matrix Items* and Matrix Subitems*,
  • Import of Customer Balance*, Credit Limit* and Credit Hold* for Customers,
  • Automatic creation and deletion of website customers (Buyers) from Customers,
  • Configurable Form IDs for export of Sales Order, Payment Method and Customer,
  • Export of PayPal payment receipts, and
  • Export Freight as a Sales Order line or Shipping Cost.

Web Services Integration (CloudLINK):

  • Automated operation with option to perform manual data transfers,
  • Configurable field selection and mapping from CatalogueLINK to Jcurve ERP fields,
  • Export of inventory data to XLS file for manual update,
  • Import of inventory data from XLS file, and
  • Creation of data transformation rules between Jcurve ERP and CatalogueLINK, including:
    • Application of item data to field based on data in another field,
    • Item Ignore / Unignore Rules, and
    • Data transfer logging.

  • Assigning a single currencies Price Level as the websites Standard Price (RRP) including Quantity Breaks, and
  • Assigning a Pricing Group to an Item, so that it can be included in Group Pricing.
