Straightsell's proven project process will give you the confidence that your project will be completed on time and include all agreed scope items.

Every customer who purchases an Integrated eCommerce website with us receives the best of care from project kick-off right through to website launch.

Facilities that Straightsell provide during a project include:

  • An assigned project manager: The project manager will be available to you for the entire life of the project, will be your main point of contact with us and will provide all of the training required for the project.
  • Access to the Straightsell Help Centre: Your project manager will provide you with access to the Straightsell Help Centre, this includes a section specifically tailored to the needs of our customers in the project phase.
  • Access to your project task board: Your project manager will provide you with access to a project task board that lists all of the tasks required to be completed for your project (including ours!). The board will be regularly updated by the project manager and all tasks include links to relevant articles in the Straightsell help centre.
