* for Australian customers only. 2.9% + 10c per transaction inc NZ GST for New Zealand customers only.
Our payment gateway can be linked with a number of Australian and New Zealand bank accounts.
3D Secure 2.0 (3DS2) is a payments industry standard that promotes secure, frictionless consumer authentication for online payments. 3DS2 allows you to reduce fraud by providing methods to verify the authenticity of online payments, in other words, 3DS2 requires purchasers to complete an additional verification step, the entry of a One Time Password (OTP) sent by the card issuer to the purchaser via text or email, when paying.
Transactions processed via 3DS2 help shift the liability for fraud disputes to card issuers, and help reduce costs associated with chargebacks, and even day to day management of credit card transactions processed online.
NOTE:
Our payment gateway is pre-integrated with Forter Payment Protection. Forter’s continuously updated platform is powered by machine learning, fraud expertise, and an expanding global data network of over 620 million unique e-commerce customers around the world, resulting in the most accurate fraud decisions. Forter protects businesses against fraud, not only at payment, but also against account-based fraud, returns abuse, and more. NOTE: Additional transaction costs apply.
The Merchant Login provides all of the tools you need to manage your payment gateway account.
Our payment gateway allows merchants to set up multiple linked accounts. This is a powerful feature for businesses that have multiple divisions. The types of companies using sub-accounts include franchises, retail chains, state based organisations, and many more.
If you run a global business and want to allow your overseas customers to pay in their local currency, you need to establish a Multi-Currency Merchant Service Facility from your bank to accept foreign currency payments.
At this stage, the only bank in Australia that can support this type of facility is NAB. Please contact the NAB on 1300 369 852 for further information regarding their multi-currency facilities.
