You can access the support page from here or via the footer on our website. Once you are on the support page, choose the Straightsell Help Centre link on the left:
Then enter your email address and the password you entered when you registered for an account. If you cannot remember your password, select Can't log in:
After log in, there is a link to the knowledgebase on the home page of the Support system, see below. Use the Support system to log any issues you might have, or email support@straightsell.com.au to automatically create a ticket:
