Viya Imports is a Sydney based importer and wholesaler of Indian groceries who deliver online groceries orders to the greater Sydney area and Australia wide.
Viya Imports required an ordering portal integrated with Reckon Accounts Hosted for their account managers to place orders. Crucial to their decision to move forward with Straightsell was the inclusion of two custom features, one relating to customer product filtering and another that allows an account manager to enter additional text to each line item in the shopping cart, which then flows through to the Reckon Accounts Hosted sales order.
The integration will cater for the upload of product data including; inventory, customer, customer special pricing and invoices information from Reckon Accounts Hosted and the download of website data including; web orders and payments to Reckon Accounts Hosted via the Straightsell eCommerce integration with Reckon Accounts Hosted.
