All contracts include an initial block of:

  • 50,000 products with each additional block of 50,000 products incurring an additional fee of $150 per month ex GST. Product volumes are calculated as and when required. For example, once your product numbers are 51,000 an additional product number fee of $150 per month ex GST applies.
  • 15,000 orders with each additional block of 15,000 orders incurring an additional fee of $150 per month ex GST. Order volumes are calculated on a trailing 12-month basis. For example, once your order volume for a trailing 12-month period is 31,000 an additional order block fee of $300 per month ex GST applies.
  • 1,000,000 page views with each additional block of 1,000,000 page views incurring an additional fee of $150 per month ex GST. Page views are calculated on the average page views from a trailing 3-month period. For example, once your average page views for a trailing 3-month period are 2,100,000 an additional page view fee of $300 per month ex GST applies.

Requesting the inclusion of an Add-on or Custom development in your website project will incur additional costs. The minimum monthly fee for the inclusion of Custom development is $50 ex GST per month per website.

No, all plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Initial setup fees are billed in equal monthly instalments over three months from the time of sign-off.

No, ongoing support is provided to all customers as part of the monthly fee. Support is provided via a knowledgebase, ticketing system and direct phone support to our in-house support team.

Most add-ons only have an initial set-up cost which varies depending on the add-on chosen however, some of the more complex add-ons will also have monthly fees. Note that where the chosen add-on utilises a 3rd party application a paid subscription with the 3rd party may be required.

Custom development refers to any work completed outside the standard features of our websites or Add-ons. This may include new functionality, changes to existing behaviour, or enhancements built specifically for your business. For more information see custom development.

No, all of our website are self manageable so you will be able to make any changes yourself, this includes: updating the catalogue, adding new pages and adding or editing content.

No, the Straightsell eCommerce Platform webstore and Content Management System can be used independently and is not reliant on an ERP / Accounting system integration.

The typical length of a project is between 2 and 3 months for websites that do not include custom development. For projects that include complex custom development requirements, usually 3 to 6 months would be required.

An important factor which will affect project length is that often times we would have finished the website build and are waiting for customers to complete the build of their product catalogue and prepare product images before the website can be launched.
