HARMONiQ Micronet Software eCommerce Integration

The Straightsell eCommerce Platform webstore integration to HARMONiQ Micronet is facilitated by our prebuilt CloudLINK application which resides in the content management system automating the data transfer between HARMONiQ Micronet and the webstore.

Transferred from HARMONiQ Micronet to the webstore:

  • Inventory Item Details and Stock Levels,
  • Customers and Customer Details,
  • Customer Special Pricing, and
  • Customer Invoices.

Transferred from the webstore to HARMONiQ Micronet:

  • Sales Orders,
  • Payments on Sales Orders and Customer Invoices, and
  • New Customer and Customer Details.

HARMONiQ Micronet:

  • Filtering the import of Products based on Ecommerce Status,
  • Configurable field mapping and import of Products standard fields and Custom Properties,
  • Import of single Branch, or multi-Branch stock levels,
  • Import of multiple warehouse stock levels*, up to 20 warehouse's,
  • Configurable new Customer Posting Map and Price Index, and
  • Configurable new Order Anonymous Customer Code, Branch, Currency and Sales Rep Code.

Web Services Integration (CloudLINK):

  • Automated operation with option to perform manual data transfers,
  • Configurable field selection and mapping from CloudLINK to HARMONiQ Micronet fields,
  • Export of inventory data to XLS file for manual update,
  • Import of inventory data from XLS file, and
  • Creation of data transformation rules between HARMONiQ Micronet and CloudLINK, including:
    • Application of item data to field based on data in another field,
    • Item Ignore / Unignore Rules, and
    • Data transfer logging.

Products, Selling tab, Selling Prices tab:

  • Assigning a single Price Index as the websites Standard Price (RRP) from the first 40 Price Indexes.

Customer, Pricing Setup tab:

  • Assigning a Default Price Index from the first 40 Price Indexes, and
  • Assigning a Customer Specific Price List.

Customer Price List, Price Rules tab:

  • Assigning a Net Price for a Product, and
  • Assigning a Priority to a Net Price for a Product (for precedence over lower Net Prices).

Note 2: Sage Intacct quarterly API call charges of $0.05 USD for the 1st 1,000 API calls per quarter plus $0.15 USD for every 10 API calls after the 1st 1,000 calls. API calls are invoiced in AUD based on the USD exchange rate on the day of invoicing.
