Silverback Cargo Care required a new self-manageable website integrated with SAP Business One that, in addition to satisfying their core eCommerce needs, could also be customised to suit their unique business requirements. Key to their decision to progress with the project was that Straightsell was able to provide custom development functionality that would accommodate their existing B2B and B2C business workflow requirements for order taking on the website and order allocation in SAP Business One.
The integration will cater for the upload of product data including; inventory, customer, customer special pricing and invoices information from SAP Business One and the download of website data including; web orders and payments to SAP Business One via the Straightsell eCommerce integration with SAP Business One.
