What's new at Straightsell in the last 12 months?

It has been one year since Straightsell became an independent legal entity and here is a summary of what we have done for you, our customers!

  • Set-up of a support service located in our Adelaide office:
    • Call 1300 136 456 and select option 1, or use the new ticketing system!

  • Launch of a support ticketing system to effectively track all customer requests:

2018 Standard Design

  • Launch of full website SSL encryption. With both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox leading the encryption crusade and another update for Chrome scheduled for release July 2018, the time for full website encryption is now! Give your customers the confidence to shop with you by showing them that your website is secure:
    • Add full website SSL encryption from $250 ex GST for the Comodo SSL Certificate bi-annually plus $450 ex GST once off, and ensure your website displays a lock like the image below:

  • Launch of the Straightsell Credit Card Payment Gateway. We can now offer you a service that supports an expanded list of Australian and New Zealand banks and includes technical support directly with us.

Keep an eye out for emails on the migration of Straightsell to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the launch of a new page on the Straightsell website that lists all of the add-on features that can be implemented for your website.
