The Hobbyman play around with an Attache integrated eCommerce website...

The Hobbyman has been operating since 1994 and has long supported local Remote Control (RC) clubs and modellers with the latest products, service and advice.

The Hobbyman approached Straightsell in late 2011 seeking a new integrated ecommerce website to handle their increasing online sales orders and Credit Card payments. Their existing Attache integrated ecommerce website was a good starting point, however The Hobbyman wanted to update the website design and functionality with Straightsell.

They chose a Straightsell Standard Design website due to the benefits of the out-of-the-box functionality, plus they could add additional custom functionality where needed, like:

• Icon Driven Homepage which will allow users to quickly and easily access the main product categories,
• Easy to update Home Page Image Shifter based on the latest jQuery image slider,
• Product Category Images navigation pages, in conjunction with Category Text, and
• Low Stock Notification (Based on Re-Order Quantity from Attache) utilising traffic light colours rather than displaying 'in stock' or 'out of stock'.
