Sothys have an existing website and online ordering portal for salon customers that enables wholesale business to business (B2B) customers to review product information and order products, although the website is manually updated and maintained, and all orders are processed manually via phone or email. With a renewed focus on dealing efficiently with customer's orders and automating manual processes, a decision was made to pursue a new eCommerce website that was integrated with SAP Business One.
